STEP 1: Please read the terms and conditions of entry on the festival website. Proceeding to purchase a ticket or tickets is taken to mean you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
STEP 2: Select all of the tickets you wish to purchase. Please note there is only one type of ticket available for youth (12-17 years) and one for children (under 12). These tickets provide weekend entry ie for all days/sessions. There are no separate day/session tickets for youth or children. Youth and child tickets can only be obtained by a responsible adult who must accompany them to the festival.
STEP 3: On the next page you will be asked to enter the details of each person you have purchased a ticket for (apart from CHILD tickets). Please enter your contact details for your own ticket, then enter the details for each of the other tickets you have purchased. If you are not buying a ticket for yourself, please enter details of an adult for whom you are purchasing a ticket.
A ticket will not be issued if you do not provide at least the name of each ticket holder in this section. Holders of concession tickets may be asked for evidence of eligibility for the concession price when they exchange their e-ticket for a wristband at the festival ticket van.
Please note anyone under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or other responsible adult otherwise they will not be permitted entry to the festival.
Tickets for children under 12 years of age are free and you do not have to provide further details. E-tickets are not issued for children under 12 but we need to know how many are coming for public liability and Kids Fest planning purposes. Children under 12 years must be under the close supervision of a parent/guardian or responsible adult at all times.
STEP 4: Click on 'next' to go to payment page to pay via stripe (you do not need a stripe account). When payment has been made all the tickets you have purchased will be sent to you at the email address you have provided. Your e-tickets will have unique barcodes which will need to be scanned and exchanged for a wristband at the ticket van at the festival.
